Jamie A. Stokes
Jamie A. Stokes graduated in 2002 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. Degree with Highest Honors in Journalism and Mass Communication. She earned her Juris Doctor degree with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Law in 2005.
Since 2005, Ms. Stokes has practiced general law in Western North Carolina with the law firm of Leake & Stokes, PLLC, and its predecessors. She is licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. With nearly two decades of experience, Ms. Stokes is able to navigate these complex legal systems and find a solution to each case that she takes on.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Stokes enjoys traveling, boating, listening to live music, and spending time with her family and friends.
